Here's how Faithlife Connect will affect current Logos Cloud subscribers
I have Logos Cloud. Will Faithlife Connect affect my subscription?
Yes. Faithlife Connect is a new subscription program that includes Logos Cloud, Faithlife TV Plus, digital book downloads from Faithlife Ebooks, and many other benefits.
Because Logos Cloud is included in Faithlife Connect, Logos Cloud subscribers have been transitioned to Faithlife Connect at no extra charge. You will continue to receive all the benefits of Logos Cloud, plus the new benefits included in Faithlife Connect, without a change in price.
Have I lost access to Logos Cloud?
No. Logos Cloud is included in Faithlife Connect. We’ve automatically replaced your Logos Cloud subscription with the equivalent level in Faithlife Connect. Don’t worry: you get access to everything you’ve enjoyed in Logos Cloud, plus many additional benefits at no extra charge.
Will my price change as the result of this?
No. You will continue to pay the same monthly or annual price.
Please note that if you’re a Logos Cloud monthly subscriber, you have been transitioned to the annual-billed-monthly plan of Faithlife Connect. Ordinarily, this plan requires an annual commitment, but we have waived this requirement. If you cancel your subscription and then choose to renew later, you will be required to make an annual commitment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can do so at any time on your subscription management page.
