Faithlife Connect gives you subscription access to a bundle of Faithlife products including Christian books, courses, Bible study tools, Christian movies, and more.

What’s included in Faithlife Connect?

Faithlife Connect includes access to Logos Bible Software, Mobile Ed courses, Faithlife TV, and more. See everything included.

Does Faithlife Connect include the full version of Logos Bible Software?

Yes. Faithlife Connect includes access to Logos Cloud, a subscription-based version of Logos Bible Software. Each level of Faithlife Connect includes a combination of Logos features and books identical to the books and features in Logos base packages. In other words, your Faithlife Connect subscription really does include access to Logos Bible Software, not a “light-weight” version.

If I already have a subscription to something included in Faithlife Connect, can I get a discount?

Faithlife Connect is a bundle of many different Faithlife subscriptions. As such, there’s a discount built right in. To upgrade from your current subscription to a Faithlife Connect subscription, first stop auto-renew from your subscription management page, then subscribe to the Faithlife Connect level you prefer.

How do I change the level of Connect I’m subscribed to?

You can subscribe to a different level of Faithlife Connect by stopping auto-renewal of your current subscription, then subscribing to the level you prefer. If you’re on a month-to-month subscription, you can stop auto-renew on your subscription management page. If you’re subscribed annually, please call us at (888) 308-7621, or email us at customerservice@faithlife.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.

How do I cancel my Faithlife Connect subscription?

You can stop auto-renew at any point from your subscription management page. Keep in mind that your credit card will be charged at the end of your 14-day trial. If you'd like to avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the end of your trial. If you need any help canceling, we are happy to help, just call us at (888) 308-7621, Monday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (PST); or email us at customerservice@faithlife.com.

What is an annual billed monthly subscription and why does it cost less?

Users who are willing to commit to a subscription that renews annually will pay less per month than users who want the flexibility to renew on a month-to-month basis. Annual billed monthly subscribers will be billed 12 times over the course of a year-long subscription. At the end of the year, the subscription will auto-renew, unless auto-renew has been turned off on the subscription management page.

What Faithlife TV content do I get with a Faithlife Connect subscription?

Faithlife Connect subscribers get access to Faithlife TV Plus, which allows access to most Faithlife TV content. There are some purchasable videos and premium subscription channels that require an additional monthly fee to access. These add ons are not included in Faithlife Connect or Faithlife TV Plus.

How do Faithlife Courses codes work?

Your Faithlife Connect subscription will come with codes that can be redeemed for Mobile Ed courses. These codes work in checkout like a coupon code.

Codes are valid for one year from the time that they are issued and are issued in January, April, July, and October. They may only be used once per user. Once you redeem a Faithlife Courses code, you can access the course for six months.

How do Faithlife Ebooks codes work?

Faithlife Connect Essentials and above gives you access to codes that can be redeemed for Faithlife Ebooks. These codes work in checkout like a coupon code.

Codes are valid for the month in which they’re issued. They may only be used once per user. Once you redeem a Faithlife Ebooks code, you permanently own the resource. Faithlife Ebooks codes do not rollover; be sure to use the current month’s code before it expires.

What’s the difference between Faithlife Ebooks Originals and Faithlife Ebooks Classics?

Faithlife Ebooks Originals are titles from Faithlife’s in-house publishers, Lexham Press and Kirkdale Press. Faithlife Connect Essentials and above subscribers will receive one code per month to choose from a selected list of titles.

Faithlife Ebooks Classics are titles from time-tested resources by trusted Christian authors. Faithlife Connect Essentials and above subscribers will receive one code per month to choose from a selected list of titles.

What is the 2% Reward Program that comes with Faithlife Connect?

Faithlife Connect Essentials subscribers and above will be enrolled in the 2% Reward program. Based on net spend in a calendar year, Connect subscribers will receive a promotion code for 2% of all purchases. Promo codes will be sent in February, 2019 and must be used on a single purchase. Codes will expire 90 days from issuance.

Usage Restrictions

  • Purchase of credit, bulk licenses, and group licenses will not count toward the 2% promo code.
  • 2% promo code can NOT be used to purchase the following items: purchase of credit, subscriptions, and bulk licenses.
  • Only purchases made during the time you are a subscriber qualify for rewards.
  • Purchases made WITH credit will earn rewards.
  • Non-transferrable, not retroactive.
