What is Faithlife Connect?

Faithlife Connect gives you subscription access to a bundle of Faithlife products including Christian books, courses, Bible study tools, Christian movies, and more.

How do I know if my Connect subscription was migrated to Logos?

Over time, we will be moving all Connect subscriptions over to Logos. You should have alrady received information about this, but if not, you will soon. In the fall of 2024, we will be migrating all Connect Essentials and higher level subscriptions over to the new Logos subscriptions. You can see your active subscriptions in your subscription managment page.

If you are on Connect Starter or Connect Mobile, your subscriptions will remain as-is for the time being. We're working on some exciting change for you coming in 2025.

Will I lose access to any features or books in the migration?

You will not experience any lapse of access to Logos during the migration from Connect to Pro. However, you will notice some changes to the books you have access to. Any titles that you previously had access to as part of the Connect subscription will no longer be in your library. As a new Logos Pro subscriber, you are gaining access to about 500 new titles including T&T Clark Bible Guides Series Collection: Old and New Testament (59 vols.); The Essential Lexham Dictionary of Church History; 5,000 Quotations, Prayers, and Illustrations for Preachers (11 vols.); Lexham Context Commentary: New Testament (3 vols.); and Holman New Testament Commentary | HNTC (12 vols.).

You will not lose any features in this transition. There is a difference in features that were available in Connect subscriptions and those that come in Logos Pro. We've permanently unlocked any features that would have been lost, so those are now yours to keep, regardless of your subscription status.

How do I cancel my Connect Starter subscription?

You can stop auto-renew at any point from your subscription management page. If you need any help canceling, we are happy to help, just call us at (888) 308-7621, Monday–Saturday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (PST); or email us at customerservice@faithlife.com.

If you're looking to cancel your Connect Mobile subscription, you'll have to do that through your mobile app store.

Will I still get access to Faithlife TV?

Most Faithlife Connect subscribers had access to Faithlife TV Plus, however, Faithlife TV is not included in our new Logos subscription plans. If you are subscribed to Connect Starter, you will retain the access you have for now. Subscribers of Connect Essentials and higher no longer have access to Faithlife TV.

How do Faithlife Courses codes work?

Your Connect subscription comes with codes that can be redeemed for Mobile Ed courses. These codes work in checkout like a coupon code. You can shop for courses to redeem here.

Former Essentials and higher subscribers will have until the end of October to redeem any remaining Course codes. Once you redeem a Faithlife Courses code, you can access the course for six months.

How do Ebooks codes work?

Connect Essentials and above gives you access to codes that can be redeemed for free Ebooks. These codes work in checkout like a coupon code.

Codes are valid for the month in which they’re issued. They may only be used once per user. Once you redeem an Ebooks code, you permanently own the resource. Ebooks codes do not rollover; be sure to use the current month’s code before it expires.

What about the 2% Reward Program that comes with my Connect subscription?

Connect Essentials subscribers and above will be migrated to a new Logos subscription. Logos Pro and Max subscribers are eligible for a 5% annual reward program. Based on net spend in a calendar year, subscribers that maintain an active subscription, will receive a promotion code for 5% of all purchases. Subscription must be active to receive this reward. Promo codes will be sent each February, (example: February 2025) and must be used on a single purchase. Codes will expire 90 days from issuance.

Usage Restrictions

  • Must be an active subscriber.
  • Purchase of credit, bulk licenses, and group licenses will not count toward the 5% promo code.
  • 5% promo code can NOT be used to purchase the following items: purchase of credit, subscriptions, and bulk licenses.
  • Only purchases made during the time you are a subscriber qualify for rewards.
  • Purchases made with credit will earn rewards.
  • Non-transferrable, not retroactive.
